Adi Gold Mining Private Ltd. is Pebble Creek’s principal wholly-owned Indian subsidiary, incorporated in New Delhi in 1996. Adi is the operator of the Askot project.

In addition to Gyan C. Singhai, Board Chairman, Andrew E. Nevin and Vijay S. Mathur, the other directors, officers and key people are as follows: R.C. Tyagi

Ramesh C. Tyagi - Director
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

Ramesh is a geologist and the retired Director of the Geological Survey of India (Northern District). He has extensive knowledge of the geology, mineral deposits and mines in India and has invaluable connections with government and industry officials in those fields.


Y. Subramanyam - Director
Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India

Y. SubramanyamSubramanyam has considerable experience in exploration and mining geology in the mineral fields of India and recently retired from the post of Chief Geologist at Hindustan Copper's Malanjkhand mine, the largest copper producer in India.





KEY PEOPLE



Barun Kumar - Senior Executive, Mining Engineer and General Manager of Askot Project, Askot, Uttarakhand, India

Barun Kumar Barun has eight years of prior experience in mining at Kolar Gold Fields; underground coal mines; and an open-cast iron ore mine, Joda East, of TISCO. He has special knowledge of the Himalayan region. He has been in charge of planning, design and operation of underground work and surface facilities at Askot since 2003.

He is currently driving a long drift in the hanging wall of the Askot deposit, parallel to the ore beds, in order to install a number of underground drill stations. The purpose of drilling from underground is to increase the density of fill-in holes and more precisely measure the grade. Barun also leads the Company's community relations program.

Barun is committed to safety and best practices in underground and surface work. Since 2004 Barun has performed voluntary service to the community by joining the Bageshwar & Pithoragarh Districts' Mine Inspection Team for "Mine Safety Week." With others he visits various mines and makes recommendations for improvements in safe practices. We are pleased that 2010 is his seventh year in this public service.


Sukhanjan Bose - Senior Executive and Chief Geologist, New Delhi, India

Sukhanjan Bose
Sukhanjan graduated from the University of Burdwan and did his Masters in Geology from the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India in 2001. He has experience as a geologist both in mineral exploration and geotechnical fields in the eastern and northern India for nine years. He has been with Adi since 2004.

He has managed the Company's geophysical and geochemical studies elsewhere in India and examined mineral deposits in Canada and Sri Lanka. He is one of the key authors of the Askot Mining Plan and documents submitted for Environmental and Forest Clearance. He is currently working part-time toward an MBA degree.



Praween Kumar Pal - Business Manager, Askot Project, Askot, Uttarakhand, India

Praween Kumar Pal Praween is a native of the Askot area. He earned an MBA in marketing and human resources management from University of Rajasthan in 2001 and has been instrumental in keeping the Askot project running smoothly since joining.







Immandi V.V.S.V. Prasad - Senior Executive and Chief Geologist Askot, based in Askot, Uttarakhand, India

I.V.V.S.V. Prasad
Immandi completed his post graduate degree in geology from Kakatiya University in Andhra Pradesh. He has five years of prior experience in different fields in geology: interpretation of remote sensing data for ground water; diamond exploration with De Beers India; and base metal exploration with Phelps Dodge. He joined the Company in May 2007.

He is based at Askot for the time being, with forays to South India from time to time. He is in charge of scouting mineral ventures and managing mineral titles in South India.

As part of our social responsibility, the Company helps plant 1,000 tree seedlings annually along with the Forest Department, schools and local youth groups at Askot
